As an international student studying and working in the US, I've experienced both the advantages and challenges of this journey. While it's been filled with opportunities, it has also brought uncertainty, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy or alienation. This visual reflects my state of mind throughout these years.

The imagery delves into the unequal opportunities faced by immigrants, despite their equal or greater worth. It captures the persistent sense of rejection and displacement, as well as the mental strain caused by immigration restrictions on travel, health, accommodation, and more. My aim was to subtly showcase these aspects of immigrant experiences in a manner that speaks volumes without being overt.
